The default arrangements of most of the hymns in the Gloria Compact Digital Orchestra consist of a blend of several instruments. There are five music tracks - Melody, Alto, Tenor, Bass, and Chords. If you press just an instrument key, that instrument will play on all five tracks. You can press a track key and then an instrument key to apply that instrument to just that track. However, that can be a time-consuming procedure if you want to use several different instruments. A much easier method is to use the ENSEMBLE key. There are 18 different pre-programmed ENSEMBLES, which are selected by pressing the ENSEMBLE key followed by either another instrument key or a number key. The ENSEMBLES affect only the Melody, Alto, Tenor, and Bass tracks. The CHORD track retains the instrument it had previously. If you want to change the CHORD track, press the CHORD key, and the desired instrument. But this is usually not necessary.

If you change your mind and want to return to the orginal default arrangement, just press the PLAY key for a few seconds.
